The purpose of scouting is to teach young men to make the best of themselves as a tool for adult life. Scouting teaches one to become independent. At Troop 14, we are led by elected junior leadership. The adult leaders (Old Goats Patrol) only provide assistance and guidance. The youth run meetings and coordinate events. For each role there are requirements.

The following are leadership positions currently in Troop 14, along with the badge of office. With each position, click on the badge for a job description.
